KUEPASS
KUEPASS is an all-in-one event management platform that helps organizers create and manage events, sell digital tickets, register attendees, validate QR-powered entry, monitor live operations, track souvenir distribution, print badges and wristbands, and gain real-time insights — all from a single connected system.
Rather than building another ticketing app, the goal was to design the entire event lifecycle for organizers, attendees, and event staff. As Lead Product Designer, I designed the web and mobile experiences, creating intuitive workflows that balanced complex event operations with a seamless user experience.
The result was a platform successfully deployed during live events, supporting everything from event registration and venue access to attendee management and souvenir distribution.

Managing an event often means switching between multiple tools for registration, ticketing, attendee management, access control, and reporting. That fragmentation slows teams down and increases operational complexity.
KUEPASS brings the entire event lifecycle into one connected platform, allowing organizers to create events, manage registrations, monitor attendance, validate entries, track souvenir distribution, and access live insights without leaving the system.
QR check-ins without the queues.
Manual attendee verification can create long queues, duplicate entries, and unnecessary delays — especially during high-volume events.
Each attendee receives a unique QR ticket that can be scanned instantly at the venue. Gate staff can validate access in seconds, reducing waiting time while preventing duplicate check-ins.
Real-time visibility for organizers.
Event teams need instant answers during live operations — how many attendees have arrived, which ticket categories are performing, and whether operations are running smoothly.
The organizer dashboard surfaces registrations, attendance, ticket sales, and operational activity in real time, helping teams make informed decisions throughout the event.
A modular design system was created to ensure a consistent experience across web and mobile while supporting the operational needs of multiple user roles — organizers, attendees, and event staff.
What challenged me
Balancing simplicity with operational depth was one of the biggest challenges. Event organizers needed powerful management capabilities without overwhelming first-time users, which required careful prioritization of information and progressive disclosure throughout the product.
What worked well
Designing around complete workflows instead of isolated screens helped create a product that felt cohesive across organizers, attendees, and event staff. Every feature contributed to a single connected event experience rather than functioning as a standalone tool.
What to improve
If I continued developing KUEPASS, I'd explore predictive event analytics, attendee engagement features, offline QR validation for unstable network environments, and richer post-event reporting to help organizers make more informed decisions across future events.
Good event technology should feel invisible. When attendees walk into an event without thinking about the technology behind it, the product has done its job.
